Draingo is the way to go!!!! We used Draingo last year in March 2025 after AHS sent their #1 company K&S Plumbing (who always refuses to work with the client) to fix the repairs that AHS stated that we weren't covered for. Long story short. Draingo came and determined that we were covered, repaired it and we were good.
However, recently the PRV they replaced went bad again this year. Come to find out the city of Calera_AL has too much pressure coming into the subdivision. My home is receiving 140 psi!!! Way too much. Logan from Draingo is the best! He came out and and told us exactly what we needed. He put the dual PRV on set our tank temperature and no leaks as of yet. This took place on 7/24/26. Thank you Logan and thank you Draingo!!!

I had plumbing issues in the main water pipes coming into my home. In the past I have had major issues with plumbing work from other companies that was not installed correctly.

I called DrainGo at night and explained my issue when I noticed a water leak from a pressure regulator. The plumber from DrainGo, Pete, arrived quickly the next morning. The work was done quickly and neatly. The old plumbing was completely removed and new valves and pressure regulators were added. Anything that had to be moved to do the work was put back into place. Pete also quickly replaced an issue with a valve under the kitchen sink and put everything back in its place once completed.

I will definitely use DrainGo again. I was very pleased with Pete's work and how pleasant he was to talk with. He explained everything that he did both prior and after the work was completed.

2nd time I have had DrainGo Plumbing out to our home. First time they helped me troubleshoot an issue with my grinder pump system and did not charge me when we figured out it was the pump needing repair. That meant a lot to me. Felt I could trust them. 2nd time they stopped some toilet leaks, replaced flush valves and replaced some hose bibs. Professional and courteous. Happy to have a solid plumber I can call.

Our 11-year old water heater started leaking from the bottom. So, we knew we had to replace it. We’ve done business with DrainGo in the past, so we called them up. They were able to come out the next day, and installed a brand new water heater. They also upgraded all the pipes, and corrected a poorly installed drainage system. The two plumbers who came out were kind, friendly, efficient, and professional. Our old water heater was so jammed up with sediment, that they couldn’t even drain it with a hose. They hauled the old thing outside, and showed me what came out of it… it was disgusting!! They gave me some helpful advice to drain my new water heater once a year, and even talked me through the steps to do so. Two of the photos included show the sludge that came out of our old unit, and the other photo is our beautiful, brand new water heater. I trust this company, and would highly recommend them to anyone for any plumbing needs!!

David and Austin from AHS were excellent. David explained everything that needed to be done. He had a pleasant attitude. No matter how many questions you asked he was always patient with your concerns. He also gave advice that was appreciated.

Slab leak was quickly repaired with a re-route re-pipe. The repair was scheduled for the next day after a late afternoon call in the previous day. Elbert and his apprentice had their fair share of obstacles to overcome but figured out a way to complete the repair. They were both friendly and would explain each step in the repair process.
