Pete, the service technician, came ahead of schedule to take clear a stoppage in my drain line. He was courteous and considerate in providing an explanation of what was doing and why it was necessary.

DrainGo is they people to contact. From requesting service there is good communication and excellent customer service from the initial call to the completion of service. I've had DrainGo come to my house 2x (two different issues...not the same problem) and Robert has come out each time. He does a great job of explaining what the problem is, he is transparent, and will make sure the work is done. He is not messy, he keeps everything tidy, and he is quick. My jetted tub was his 1st time working one like mine. He was determine to figure out what could be the problem. Once the part came in Robert unhooked everything connected it back up and it was up & running. I'd request (& recommend) Robert every single time!!!
