Even though we were David's last stop of the day and he had to drive all the way from Mccalla to Chelsea at 5:30pm, he was smiling and engaging and got right into our issue, and he stayed until the issue was resolved and everything was cleaned up and put back as it was. David was a pleasure to work with, and he has probably now spoiled me on plumbers.
